01 / THE IDEA

You started a company.
Not to manage
software.

To get things done.

But between leftover access, someone starting, and a renewal nobody saw coming… the small stuff eats the day.

Simplish puts that backstage in order.
Small tools that do one job.
And do it well. You get on with yours.

02 / JUST ENOUGH. DONE WELL.

Small tools.
Big lift.

You don’t need 400 features.
You need these jobs — and a few more on the way.

People

Who works here?

Your team, their stuff, what they need. Real people, not endless records.

On / Offboarding

What’s left to do?

Arrivals without improvising. Exits without loose ends. One list, done.

Software & access

Who has access to what?

Subscriptions, renewals and access in one place. No more “I think Dani handles that.”

Reminders

Are we forgetting something?

Tomorrow, next month, and the thing that always slips. Out of your head.

Assets

Who has the laptop?

Assign it, find it, get it back. Before the offboarding, not after the panic.

Brand Kit

Where’s the real logo?

Logos, colors, files. The official ones. Stop fishing in last year’s Drive.

Profile photos

Need a photo that looks like us?

Generate portraits that match the brand. No stock faces. No “can you send a headshot?”

Checklists

What needs doing this month?

Recurring jobs with an owner and a next date. Same list, next time, already waiting.

Policies

Who actually read this?

Publish it, version it, ask for a yes. Not a wiki. A clear “I’ve read it.”

And then some

What else is coming?

Plenty more small tools, when they earn their place. Not a suite. A growing pile of already done.

All connected. One subscription.That’s simplish.

04 / NO FINE PRINT

Fair
question.

And if you’ve got another:

So what is Simplish, exactly?

A collection of small tools for the jobs that keep a company running: people, arrivals, exits, software, access and reminders. All connected, with one aim: come in, do what needs doing, and get on with your day.

Who is it for?

Teams of about 5 to 50 people. Especially the person who ends up remembering renewals, prepping arrivals, and asking who has access to what. Even if their title doesn’t say “operations.”

When can I try it?

We’re building the first version. We’ll open access gradually and email you when you can get in. We’d rather not promise a date we can’t stand behind yet.

How much will it cost?

The price isn’t set yet. The idea is: one company, one subscription, every tool. Joining the list is free, needs no card, and doesn’t commit you to buying anything.

Does this change things in Figma, Notion and the rest?

The first version helps you organise and follow those jobs. The actions on this landing are interactive examples: they don’t connect to outside services or change real access. We don’t promise automations that don’t exist yet.

What happens when I join?

We store your email to tell you when Simplish access opens. No newsletters, no drip campaigns. Change your mind, write to hello@basezero.dev and we’ll remove your signup.
